		<description>I do a blog, and have a fe hundred subscribers to e-mail notifications when I post a new entry. Of those subscribers, I *also* know perhaps a quarter or a third personally well enough to have their telephone numbers -- yet I&#039;m hesitant to send them text notifications unless they specifically request it, and I can handle only so many individual requests.

I&#039;d like to figure out a way around this; perhaps I&#039;m seeing a barrier where none exists?</description>
